Artistic ambiance that delights
During my stay, I was greeted with a delicious welcome ice cream, and the staff's friendliness made me feel right at home. The rooftop view was simply stunning, providing a serene escape after a long day exploring Bangkok.
However, the hotel's location felt slightly disconnected from the bustling city center. The nearest metro station was a bit of a trek, and while the hotel offered a shuttle, I wished for a bit more convenience.

The superior double or twin room showcased a cool design that added to a fun ambiance.
The experience was a bit marred by the strange issue with the lights turning on multiple times during the night, which felt eerie. Decor in the form of graffiti, including spray-painted images, detracted from the overall aesthetic and felt tacky in an otherwise stylish hotel.

The Fig Lobby impressed with its unique design and vibrant atmosphere. I loved the comfort of my King Suite with Balcony, especially the round bed that felt incredibly soft despite its shape. The minibar was well stocked, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. Enjoying a drink at the rooftop while witnessing stunning sunsets added a relaxing touch. However, communication was a challenge as some staff didn't speak English fluently, which made interactions a bit awkward. Additionally, one receptionist came off as arrogant, which left a sour impression. The breakfast wasn’t included, which I found disappointing since the quality was commendable. Still, the charming decor and overall vibe made it an enjoyable stay despite some bumps.
